About The Position
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, department policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy with one year of acute care experience preferred.
- Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure (RT)
- BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ABG machines, Ventilators, Bipap/CPAP, and EKGs.
Responsibilities
- Administer Nebulizer treatments, Incentive Spirometry, MDIs, Ezpap and Oxygen.
- Perform chest physiotherapy as indicated.
