About The Position

Pediatric Specialty Care at Lancaster is seeking Night Shift Respiratory Therapists who thrive in focused, high-acuity environments and understand that overnight stability is critical to pediatric respiratory success. This role is relationship-driven pediatric respiratory practice with clinical depth, not task-based acute care. Night shift offers a focused, clinically driven environment with fewer daytime interruptions, more meaningful respiratory assessment time, high autonomy in ventilator management and emergency response, close collaboration with nursing leadership, and the opportunity to serve as a key stabilizing clinical presence. For experienced RTs, night shift is where critical thinking and ventilator expertise truly shine. PSC at Lancaster is located at 120 Rider Ave, Lancaster, PA 17603.
