About The Position

Main Line Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist at Riddle Hospital. The therapist provides respiratory care to patients across all populations, assesses patients, and facilitates appropriate care through diagnostic modalities, pulmonary disease prevention, and invasive and noninvasive therapeutic modalities. The position uses current technology to support high-quality respiratory care.

This is a day-shift position scheduled for 72 hours biweekly, with a rotating weekend commitment. The role requires graduation from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care Program and at least 600 hours of clinical experience. An associate degree is required, while a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Continuing education must meet licensure standards. Registry eligibility or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) status, Pennsylvania state licensure or a temporary permit, and provider BLS certification are required.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care Program with a minimum of 600 hours of clinical experience.
• Associate degree required.
• Complete continuing education unit requirements in accordance with licensure standards.
• Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
• Pennsylvania state licensure or temporary permit required.
• Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
