About The Position
This position qualifies for student loan repayment of up to $15,000, or a hiring bonus of up to $12,000, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates!! Our Respiratory Therapists are key to helping patients through COVID-19 and multiple other conditions. They care for everyone - from infants to patients over 100! A $5,000 hiring bonus plus $5,000 in relocation assistance (for qualified candidates- see details below)! Full-time or Part-time positions available | Every other weekend | Rotating holidays. Our Respiratory Therapists are part of the lifesaving response teams that assist during patient emergencies. Requirements
- Graduate of a two or four year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through the CoARC)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within two years of hire
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit required
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card can be obtained upon hire
Responsibilities
- Complete vent management, transport, conscious sedations, and blood gas analysis
- Member of a critical team assisting critical needs of patients
- Ability to share input and discuss orders with providers to meet patient needs
- Support a Level III Trauma Center with respiratory needs
- Mentor for new graduates that start their careers on our team
