About The Position
Generations at Applewood in Matteson, IL, is seeking dedicated Respiratory Therapists to join their Clinical Team in the Respiratory Care Unit. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in a skilled nursing facility or LTACH. The facility is a premier skilled-nursing community providing a home-like setting with concierge-level services and amenities for seniors requiring long-term care or short-term rehabilitation.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner license from the State of Illinois.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing or LTACH setting.
- Experience using PCC or Matrix.
- Must be tolerant, compassionate, and understanding of older adults.
Responsibilities
- Provide uncompromising excellence in patient care.
- Expand professional skills and knowledge in a skilled care environment.
- Work 8 or 12-hour shifts.
- Work two shifts per pay period.
- Work one weekend shift per month.
- Work one holiday in Spring/Summer and one holiday in Fall/Winter.
