Join a collaborative Respiratory Therapy team with advanced critical care training opportunities and strong clinical support! This is a Full-Time Day position with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. New graduates are welcome to apply. The role involves the administration of pharmacological, diagnostic, and therapeutic agents related to respiratory care procedures, as well as the transcription and implementation of physician orders. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring patient responses to treatments, recommending and implementing appropriate respiratory care procedures, and initiating emergency procedures when necessary. The Respiratory Therapist collaborates with other professionals to ensure effective patient care and assists in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders. This includes collecting and analyzing specimens, measuring lung capacity, and administering prescribed treatments. The role assumes primary responsibility for respiratory care treatments, including oversight of respiratory therapy technicians. Our Respiratory Therapists are integral members of the multidisciplinary critical care team, practicing with a high level of autonomy and collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff. Therapists participate in advanced procedures such as Intubations, Arterial line placement, Transesophageal pressure monitoring, Bedside bronchoscopy, and Veletri administration. Comprehensive onsite training and mentorship are provided to develop advanced critical care skills.
