About The Position
Our client is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care that improves patients' quality of life. This role involves working full-time night shifts and contributing to a supportive healthcare team.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher
- Respiratory Therapist (1+ years)
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification/license in the state of New York (NY)
- American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
Responsibilities
- Maintain patient files in both paper and electronic formats
- Accurately enter data into computerized patient records and billing systems
- Assess patients' age-specific needs using principles of growth and development
- Assist with EEG patient testing as needed
