About The Position

Join Lovelace Women’s Hospital in Albuquerque, NM, as a day-shift, full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). The role coordinates the safe delivery of appropriate and effective respiratory treatment to critical and non-critical patients, following current standards of practice, physicians’ orders, staffing levels, and organizational policies. The therapist adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to support compliance and patient safety. Requirements

Associate's Degree in a Respiratory Therapy Program; related experience may be substituted for related education.
Current New Mexico Respiratory Care License.
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and before providing direct patient care.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
One year of related experience.
AARC membership.
National Specialty Certification.
PALS, NRP, or ACLS may be required by the facility or department.
