Requirements
- Active Ohio RRT or CRT license.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized respiratory assessments, treatments, and care plans.
- Partner with Nursing, Habilitation, and Therapy teams to provide whole-person care.
- Manage and monitor respiratory equipment, including oxygen therapy, nebulizers, CPAP/BiPAP, and airway clearance devices.
- Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and help establish resident-specific goals.
- Train staff on respiratory techniques, equipment use, and safety.
- Support residents returning from hospital stays and track progress to ensure strong outcomes.
