Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Non-degreed applicants with RRT credentials prior to January 1, 2006 and graduates from a military RT program with RRT credentials will also be considered.
  • State license required at time of hire.
  • Active NBRC RRT required at time of hire (for new graduates, must obtain within 6 months of hire date).
  • BLS required at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

  • CRT credentials are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory therapy services to patients.
  • Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient respiratory status and response to treatment.
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
