About The Position
Rocky Mountain Care is seeking a PRN DAY & NOC Shift Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Hunter Hollow, a skilled nursing community in West Valley City, UT. Hunter Hollow provides rehabilitation therapy and nursing services and is recognized as a leader in nursing care. The integrated team consists of highly trained and experienced personnel to meet individual guest needs. Hunter Hollow is Medicare and Medicaid certified and offers short and long-term care. Rocky Mountain Care is a provider of Hospice Care, Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing, and Assisted Living communities throughout the United States.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited respiratory care program.
- Holds a current and unencu mbered UT state license/certification as a respiratory therapist.
- Positive attitude, displaying patient care as the first priority.
Responsibilities
- Performs respiratory care related procedures in accordance with physician’s treatment plan.
- Assesses patient’s condition, observes and records patient’s progress and response to therapy modalities including adverse reactions to drugs and therapy.
- Effectively communicates patient status and plans with the IDT staff and family members.
