About The Position

This role involves providing critical respiratory care to patients. Key responsibilities include assessing patients with breathing difficulties, administering various treatments to improve respiratory function, managing mechanical ventilators, responding to medical emergencies, documenting patient care, and educating patients and their families on disease management and equipment use.

Requirements

• Experience in patient assessment, including analyzing blood/sputum and conducting lung capacity tests.
• Proficiency in administering respiratory treatments such as oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy.
• Skilled in managing, setting up, and operating mechanical ventilators.
• Ability to provide emergency respiratory care, including artificial respiration, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and CPR.
• Experience in patient record documentation, physician consultation, and discharge planning assistance.
• Competence in patient and family education regarding disease management and home equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Examining patients with breathing issues, analyzing blood/sputum, and conducting lung capacity tests.
• Providing oxygen, aerosol medications, and chest physiotherapy to improve breathing.
• Managing, setting up, and operating mechanical ventilators for patients unable to breathe on their own.
• Providing emergency care, including artificial respiration, bronchopulmonary hygiene, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
• Updating patient records, consulting with physicians on treatment plans, and assisting with discharge planning.
• Teaching patients and families how to manage diseases and use home equipment.
