About The Position
Main Line Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated New Graduate Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Bryn Mawr Hospital. This opportunity is for individuals ready to begin their career making a real difference in patient care. We offer a Respiratory Therapy Residency Program designed specifically to support new graduates in the transition from the classroom to the bedside. This comprehensive program includes hands-on clinical training, professional mentoring, and ongoing education to set you up for long-term success. You will be on the cutting edge with the latest technology, providing the highest quality of respiratory care to all patient populations. You will help assess patients and facilitate appropriate care in the form of diagnostic modalities, pulmonary disease prevention, and application of invasive and noninvasive therapeutic modalities. You can develop and grow your career by furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement. This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status. Like our patients, the Main Line Health Family encompasses a wide range of backgrounds and abilities. Requirements
- Graduate and minimum of 600 hours of clinical experience in a CoARC accredited Respiratory Care Program.
- Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
- Completion of CEU requirements in accordance with licensure standards.
- Registry eligible or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required.
- PA state licensure or temporary permit required.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Cross) required.
