Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Care
About The Position
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for patient and family education, quality patient care, assisting physicians, properly performing diagnostic and therapeutic tests and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring equipment functions properly. The role also supervises respiratory care students during clinical rotations by providing guidance, instruction, and evaluation to promote clinical skills and knowledge and ensure adherence to professional standards. The position is located at 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The work schedule is nights, with every-third-weekend and holiday rotation; a straight NICU schedule is an option. The role is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.
Requirements
- Wisconsin Respiratory Therapist license and registration are required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are required within six months of hire.
