About The Position

Join the Respiratory Therapy team at St. Cloud Hospital, providing personalized and compassionate care to patients across Central Minnesota. The 489-bed hospital has a Level II trauma center and a Level III NICU, serving patients ranging from premature infants to centenarians. Respiratory Therapists provide inpatient and outpatient services and participate in lifesaving response teams during patient emergencies. The role is part of the hospital’s state-of-the-art Respiratory department. This is a full-time position scheduled for 72 hours every two weeks on the day shift, from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. The position works every third weekend and every other holiday. Starting pay is $40.60 per hour, determined by experience, with a stated pay range of $39.57 to $59.35 per hour. Eligible candidates may receive a $12,000 hiring bonus or $15,000 in student loan repayment, plus $5,000 in relocation assistance. Requirements

Graduate of a two- or four-year Respiratory Care Program.
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Obtain Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC within two years of hire.
Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Minnesota or hold a temporary RT permit.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card, which may be obtained upon hire in accordance with established policy.
Obtain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 1.5 years of hire.
Obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 1.5 years of hire.
Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1.5 years of hire.
