RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS (RTs) - FT & PT w/Sign On Bonus or PRN
About The Position
Auburn Village, located in Auburn, IN, is seeking Respiratory Therapists (RT) for full-time, part-time, or PRN day shifts. The facility offers a new sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for full or part-time employees, paid out at $2.40 per hour until the maximum is reached. The hourly rate can be up to $41, depending on employment status and chosen benefits for full or part-time positions. The shift hours are from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Mileage reimbursement is provided for commutes over 20 miles round trip, with a maximum of 50 miles. Requirements
- Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program
- Respiratory Therapy certification from the State of Indiana
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of Respiratory Therapist experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a respiratory plan of care based on assessment and standards of care
- Provide superior respiratory services
- Assist in implementing a successful ventilator weaning program
