Respiratory Therapist
About The Position
A facility in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join its respiratory care team! This is a full-time, permanent position with night shifts available in 10- or 12-hour increments. The role is open to new graduates and offers an $8,000 sign-on bonus. The Respiratory Therapist will provide comprehensive respiratory care across various hospital units, including the ED, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty areas. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment delivery, oxygen therapy, airway management, and ventilator/NIV management. The therapist will work independently while collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team. This role also involves responding to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and changing patient needs, requiring effective prioritization and caseload management.
Requirements
- Must have CRT or RRT credentials from the NBRC.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
- Must be comfortable caring for neonatal/pediatric populations.

- Previous respiratory therapy experience preferred.
