This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday; based in our Brunswick office. We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist who will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CPAP/BiPAP machines, mask fittings, and education for patient clients. This role requires expertise in operating respiratory equipment, along with a strong focus on patient care, compliance, and teamwork.

Requirements

Associate’s degree from an AMA-approved respiratory care training program
Certified/Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) and licensed as RRT or CRT in the State of Maine
Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience in home care or a hospital setting

Responsibilities

Ensure therapy aligns with physician orders and consult with physicians as needed for optimal patient care.
Maintain electronic medical records for accurate documentation.
Interpret physician diagnoses to fit PAP patients with appropriate masks.
Troubleshoot and adjust respiratory equipment for optimal results.
