We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused PAP Clinician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a Respiratory Therapist or Sleep Technologist, who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to escape the stress of hospital shifts, nights, weekends. Requirements

  • CRT or RRT credential
  • RPSGT, CPSGT, or RST credential
  • LPN or LVN credential
  • Enjoys educating and motivating patients
  • Is compassionate, patient, and an excellent communicator
  • Takes ownership of patient outcomes
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment
  • Is organized and detail-oriented
  • Is comfortable learning technology and medical software systems
  • Maintains a professional appearance and attitude

Responsibilities

  • Conduct PAP setup appointments and educate patients on their equipment
  • Review sleep study results and physician recommendations with patients
  • Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges
  • Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness
  • Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence
  • Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system
  • Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners
  • Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions
  • Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction
  • Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes
  • Participate in on call rotation every 6 weeks.
