About The Position
The Respiratory Therapist Registered provides expert respiratory care to a diverse patient population across inpatient and outpatient settings, ranging from neonates to adults. The role delivers safe, efficient, and compassionate respiratory therapies and diagnostic testing while maintaining equipment, documenting accurately, and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. This position is a variable 0.6–0.75 FTE night shift, working 12-hour shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. The schedule includes every-third weekend, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program.
- Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state(s) of practice.
- Registered Respiratory Therapist certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) within six months of hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Responsibilities
