About The Position
Crosswalk Health is transforming pulmonary care by bringing high-quality, guideline-based spirometry directly into primary care clinics. Our technology-enabled model helps patients receive earlier diagnoses while making specialty respiratory care more accessible—especially in rural and underserved communities. Since seeing our first patient in June 2025, we've grown rapidly. In just six months, our team performed more than 3,000 spirometry tests. Today, we're proud to have a team of 60 respiratory therapists delivering care across 19 regions in 9 states, and we've helped nearly 10,000 patients access high-quality pulmonary diagnostics. Requirements
- Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential
- Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing
- Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and safe albuterol administration
- Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region
- Available to work a flexible schedule

- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Responsibilities
- Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing
- Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results
- Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients throughout testing
- Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review
- Maintain testing equipment and follow quality and safety standards
- Build trusted relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health with professionalism and compassion
