About The Position

Pinellas County Rehabilitation Hospital is opening May 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 36 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. The Respiratory Therapist PRN is responsible for administering safe and competent respiratory care as ordered per physician, monitoring mechanical ventilation, administering medications, patient assessment, understanding ramifications of hemodynamic monitoring, understanding blood work results, monitoring, teaching, and training.

Requirements

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist for state licensure agency
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
