About The Position
This is a travel/contract Allied Health opportunity for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) specializing in NICU within a high-acuity clinical setting. The therapist will work within the RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with PEDS patients, and may float to Shaker Children's Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience required.
- Must have experience in PEDS, PICU, and NICU (high level care, Level 4).
- NBRC certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required.
- Ohio RRT license required — must be in hand at time of submission.
- COVID-19 vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).
- Flu vaccination required (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only).
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities
- Work within the RRT-NICU, PICU, and CVICU with PEDS patients.
- May float to Shaker Children's Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU.
- Work 3x12s or 4x12s schedule.
