About The Position

This role involves evaluating patient respiratory status through thorough assessments, delivering high-quality respiratory therapies and administering prescribed medications, documenting patient care, educating patients and families, and communicating clinical observations to the supervising team.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
High school diploma equivalency OR Enrolled in accredited program specific to discipline required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient respiratory status by conducting thorough assessments, ensuring clinicians have the critical data needed to make informed care decisions.
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapies and administer prescribed medications, continuously monitoring patient response to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes.
Document every stage of the patient care journey with precision, maintaining accurate and reliable clinical records that support the multidisciplinary care team.
Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery and care.
Communicate clinical observations and changes in patient condition to the supervising team immediately, ensuring timely and informed clinical intervention.
