Responsible for providing respiratory care services. The role also involves accepting reassignments to other units when necessary, sharing clinical knowledge with staff and students, and serving as a role model for clinical practice. Additionally, the position entails performing preceptor duties for staff and students, planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of respiratory care, and providing respiratory care as ordered by a physician while maintaining communication with medical and nursing staff. For lead responsibilities, this includes coordinating workflow for efficient personnel utilization, assisting with the orientation of new employees/students, and supporting the manager/supervisor with daily department operations.
