Responsible for the assessment of respiratory patients with acute and chronic illnesses, to ensure delivery of clinically appropriate respiratory care procedures as prescribed by the medical staff for neonate, pediatric, adolescent and adult patients. The Clinical Respiratory Therapist II serves as a role model and resource providing clinical leadership and service coordination that assures consistently high-quality care and facilitating continuous improvement in respiratory care services. The Clinical Respiratory Therapist II is responsible for providing patient care and assessment; interdisciplinary consultation; staff, patient, family, and community education; and performance monitoring.
