About The Position

Under the direction of the Respiratory Manager, the Respiratory Tech performs various therapy modalities to patients as ordered by the physician. This role involves managing ventilators and other diagnostic or monitoring devices, maintaining appropriate clinical and clerical patient records, and conducting patient assessments and education. The position also includes participation in staff education and supervision as necessary, overseeing equipment and departmental supply maintenance, and performing other duties as assigned by the Respiratory Manager.

Requirements

• Graduate of AMA-approved school of Respiratory Therapy.
• Licensed by the Respiratory Care Board in the State of California.
• CRT required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

• RRT preferred.
