About The Position

The Respiratory Supervisor will demonstrate knowledge of principles of delivering respiratory care services required for patient diagnosis and treatment. The Advanced Level Practitioner will be able to evaluate employee performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation. The Advanced Level Practitioner will be able to analyze information and choose the best solution to solve problems. As a supervisor, ensures that quality, timely and appropriate care is provided to patients of any age through patient assessment and treatment; through implementation of quality improvement, utilization review and education.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited associates degree respiratory program
• Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist in the State of Florida
