About The Position
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with respiratory experience to provide specialized respiratory and nursing care to our residents. This role is essential to ensuring safe, effective treatment and improving patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with respiratory care and treatments required
- Must maintain all required continuing education
Nice To Haves
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications, treatments, and respiratory therapies
- Monitor residents requiring oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, and respiratory support
- Assess and respond to changes in respiratory status
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and infection control regulations
