About The Position

Central Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. Requirements

Current Respiratory Student of a Respiratory Program is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of compressed gas cylinders, respiratory equipment including mechanical ventilators, and ventilation testing prior to patient use.
Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
The ability to move and/or lift large objects, and medium weight load frequently up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Maintaining adequate inventory levels for all equipment and supplies used by the department.
Removing small oxygen and air compressed cylinders and resupplying full tanks at the appropriate par levels in designated areas throughout the hospital.
