Responsibilities
- This role requires operating machines and production equipment safely, rotating between various equipment on different lines, and assisting in shipping and receiving operations.
- A critical aspect of this position includes driving forklift and maintaining palletizer equipment.
- Rotate between different machines and production lines to support operational needs, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to production demands.
- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
- Participates in HPS activities.
- DMS-Daily Management System: CILT, CL, DH
- Safely Operates forklifts to transport throughout the facility.
- Conducts routine inspections and maintenance on palletizers to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with palletizing machinery to minimize downtime.
