Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Customer service experience 1-2 years preferred and OR/Sterile processing experience 1-0 year preferred
• Exceptional customer service and problem solving.
• Ability to understand and use medical terminology.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of EPIC and SPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and deliver requested supplies to Team.
• Develop expertise in instruments and specialty supplies.
• Handle workloads under stressful conditions.
• Assist others when needed.
• Perform package integrity checks and maintain the integrity of sterile items.
• Collect unused surgical supplies and return them to stock locations.
• Supplement case pick process as operationally necessary.
