About The Position
The Goddard School of Spring House is seeking a Full or Part-Time Floater to join their growing team. This role supports the school in a variety of ways and offers flexible scheduling. Full-time teachers (over 35 hours a week) are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates should have experience with various age groups including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students. The school is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- 2 years of Early Child Care experience
- Comfortable talking with parents and caregivers
- Experience working with Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, and School-Aged students
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a daycare setting
- Interest in working with children without the primary responsibility of writing lessons and completing assessments
Responsibilities
- Support the school in a variety of ways

- Promote positive classroom management techniques
- Share ideas and experiences with Lead and Assistant Teachers
