About The Position
This is a 1.0 FTE Contract D position for a Resource Teacher at Nashwaaksis Middle School for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants will be contacted by the school's principal and/or Director of Schools to discuss the position details and any transitional support opportunities. Positions will be offered in adherence to Article 61.03 and 61.05 of the Collective Agreement, prioritizing teachers with recall rights, then certified teachers without recall rights, and finally supply teachers with a Local Permit.
Requirements
- Certified Teacher status.
- Possess recall rights (preferred for initial consideration).
- Supply teacher with a Local Permit (considered if no certified teachers are available).
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a Resource Teacher.
- Familiarity with the NBTF Collective Agreement.
