About The Position

Our client is seeking a Resource Teacher in Tempe, AZ. This role involves providing specialized instruction to students with IEPs in small groups or one-on-one, adapting curriculum to meet diverse learning needs, assessing and monitoring student progress, collaborating with staff and parents on student goals, and ensuring compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Special Education Certification from the Arizona Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Support students with IEPs in small groups or one-on-one.
• Modify lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
• Track student growth and adjust instruction.
• Work with teachers and families on student goals.
