We invite you to partner with us in our mission to improve mental healthcare. The TAY Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) facility is a short-term voluntary residential facility. Designed to help Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community. This is a 24/7 Program serving Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis. The program offers therapeutic and mental health services, rehabilitation/recovery services including substance use rehabilitation services, medication evaluation and support services, and crisis intervention. The length of stay is short-term and focuses on skills and transition, including pre-vocational or vocational counseling and transitioning back to the community. Daily exercise and health/wellness education are also provided.
