This role is designed to transform ambiguous signals into clear staffing decisions, addressing availability, workload, project allocation risks, backfill needs, and role requirements. It is an operational role focused on maintaining the coherence of the delivery system during growth and establishing an operating rhythm that enables scaling without relying on individual heroic efforts. Over time, this role will contribute to building the operational framework that allows Casper to scale effectively, ensuring that staffing decisions are made systematically rather than reactively.
