About The Position

The Resource Supervisor is a first-line supervisory role responsible for leading and coordinating daily non-rig geothermal wellfield activities. This position supervises Resource Technicians and Wellfield Coordinators, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures. The role focuses on short- to mid-term planning, field execution, and team leadership within defined programs and budgets, while escalating complex or high-risk issues to management as appropriate. The position exercises independent judgment in day-to-day field operations but operates within established operational, safety, and financial frameworks.

Requirements

  • First-line supervisory role experience.
  • Experience leading and coordinating daily non-rig geothermal wellfield activities.
  • Experience supervising Resource Technicians and Wellfield Coordinators.
  • Knowledge of company policies, regulatory requirements, and established procedures.
  • Ability to focus on short- to mid-term planning, field execution, and team leadership.
