About The Position
Roncalli High School on the southside of Indianapolis is hiring a Resource Instructional Aide for the 2026-2027 school year. The Resource Instructional Aide assists teachers in the delivery of educational and behavioral interventions of Special Education students. This position works collaboratively by assisting teachers and specialists in assessment, academic and instructional support, student interactions, enforcing safe behaviors, and enhancing social growth of students in the school setting. Due to the varied and individual needs of each student, Special Education Aides may provide a variety of support and assistance, and should be flexible.
