About The Position

FEDITC, LLC is seeking an integral and hands-on Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) to support a military client in El Paso, TX. The REM will be responsible for assisting the installation in achieving a robust energy management program by adhering to energy laws, regulations, policies, directives, and goals. This role involves developing and implementing actions and projects related to facility maintenance, repair, and construction, including providing design review comments, project and program management support, identifying energy savings projects, and coordinating construction oversight. The REM will also promote and educate on energy and water conservation and management activities to optimize utility resource usage. An active T1 Investigation for a CAC card and United States Citizenship are required.

Requirements

A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management.
An Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management.
A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management.
No college degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in energy management.
Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
T1 Investigation for a CAC card is required
Must be a United States Citizen
Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
