About The Position

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a hands-on Resource Efficiency Manager (REM) to be based at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This role is crucial for supporting our military client's energy management program by ensuring adherence to energy laws, regulations, policies, and goals. The REM will be involved in developing and implementing actions and projects related to facility maintenance, repair, and construction. This includes providing design review comments, project and program management support, identifying energy savings projects, and overseeing construction to integrate energy efficiency and water conservation measures. The position requires support for planning, development, execution, and analysis across multiple energy programs, as well as promoting and educating on energy and water resource conservation to optimize utility resource usage. An active T1 background clearance and US citizenship are mandatory.

Requirements

A four-year engineering degree (preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering) and/or a registered Professional Engineer registration with a minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management.
An Environmental Science, business or related degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in energy management.
A two-year technical degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in energy management.
No college degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in energy management.
Active T1 Background Clearance is required.
Must be a United States Citizen and pass a background check.
Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by FEDITC’S Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
