BRIDGE Housing pursues an ambitious goal of quality, quantity, and affordability while meeting the growing demand for affordable housing in high-cost communities. Beyond providing quality affordable housing, BRIDGE is committed to creating opportunities for residents to thrive through programs, partnerships, and resources that advance economic mobility, education, health and wellness, and overall quality of life. The Resident Impact & Resource Development team brings this commitment to life by developing strategic partnerships, programs, and funding opportunities that connect residents to resources and drive measurable outcomes across BRIDGE communities. The Resource Development & Operations Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting this work by strengthening the systems, research, data, and funding infrastructure needed to expand BRIDGE’s impact. The position provides research, systems, data, administrative, and operational support across the Resident Impact & Resource Development function, including grant prospect research, funding pipeline administration, grant and reporting calendars, payment tracking, database management in systems like Blackbaud and Salesforce, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives & Evaluation, the Coordinator helps establish consistent processes, maintain accurate data, and provide clear visibility across the grant and resource development lifecycle. The position works collaboratively across Resource Development, Evaluation, Programs, Community Development, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure funding opportunities and commitments are effectively tracked and supported from prospect identification through award, payment, reporting, and closeout. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable coordinating work across multiple teams, platforms, and deadlines.
