Korn Ferry is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join our centrally managed professional resourcing team. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of extension. Resource Coordinators (RCs) will work closely with the Firm’s internal consulting population across our core solution areas to staff and schedule talent for clients and to optimize resource deployment. As an RC, you’ll staff and schedule consultants from Analyst to Senior Client Partner level to deliver client work. Working within our Korn Ferry TalentFinder resource management system, you’ll match resource requests from our clients with available consultants who have the right skills and qualifications. You will also support large-scale projects with high volume scheduling across a variety of solutions. The role requires a blend of following complicated multi-step processes, ability to see creative solutions and problem solving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Our Resource Management function operates as a cohesive and global team providing a strong, engaged and supportive professional resourcing network. Anchoring principles for this team include driving utilization for the firm, having client impact, and supporting consultant development.
