About The Position

Rapid Strategy is seeking a highly organized and motivated Resource Analyst to support our recruiting, staffing, and workforce management operations. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates and play a key role in ensuring a seamless hiring experience from initial screening through onboarding. The Resource Analyst will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Program Managers, and Leadership to identify qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain staffing pipelines, and support employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruiting, human resources, workforce planning, talent operations, or program support within a fast-growing cybersecurity and technology consulting firm.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, administration, customer service, or program support.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls to assess qualifications, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open positions.
  • Review resumes and applications against job descriptions and customer requirements.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement through the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability.
  • Create, update, and manage job postings across company-approved job boards and recruiting platforms.
  • Align candidate qualifications with customer requirements, labor categories, and position descriptions.
  • Source candidates through recruiting databases, professional networks, referrals, and job boards.
  • Monitor job posting performance and recommend improvements to increase candidate engagement.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and customer stakeholders.
  • Coordinate calendars and ensure interview logistics are completed.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing expectations, timelines, and relevant information.
  • Track interview outcomes and maintain accurate status updates.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and staffing databases.
  • Track candidate status throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Generate weekly staffing reports detailing: Open positions, Candidate pipeline status, Interview activity, Offer status, Time-to-fill metrics.
  • Ensure recruiting records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for newly hired employees and consultants.
  • Submit onboarding packages and required documentation.
  • Track completion of pre-employment requirements, certifications, and customer-specific onboarding requirements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Program Managers to ensure successful employee onboarding.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with key personnel and consultants.
  • Gather employee feedback regarding projects, leadership support, training opportunities, and workplace satisfaction.
  • Identify risks related to employee retention and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Document recommendations for workforce improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support staffing forecasts and workforce planning efforts.
  • Maintain resource availability reports and staffing pipelines.
  • Assist leadership with identifying future hiring needs and workforce trends.
  • Support proposal staffing efforts by identifying potential candidates for upcoming opportunities.
