Resort Transportation Driver
About The Position
Cragun's Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is hiring friendly, reliable team members to join our resort transportation team! In this role, you’ll drive shuttle vans, golf carts and a 24 passenger shuttle bus to transport guests both on and between our properties while delivering a welcoming, high-quality guest experience. During slower periods, you’ll also support our resort security team by maintaining a visible presence, assisting guests, and reporting any concerns. This job is perfect for the person who loves customer service in a laid-back setting. You'll get the opportunity to interact and take care of our guests in our legendary Cragun's way!
Requirements
- Must be 18 years and older with a Valid Driver's License
- Must possess a positive and infectious attitude with strong customer service skills
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a CDL (CDL needed for 24 passenger shuttle bus)
- Reliable, safety-minded, and observant
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Transport guests safely throughout the resort
- Assist with luggage, directions, and guest needs
- Provide a friendly, professional presence at all times
- Support basic safety and security efforts across the property
