As a Resort CDL Shuttle Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our guests as they travel throughout the property and to local destinations, including airport runs. Your friendly and welcoming demeanor will set the tone for a positive guest experience, while your dedication to safe driving and vehicle maintenance will contribute to their overall satisfaction. You’ll also shuttle associates from associate housing, ensuring our team can arrive on time and in comfort.
Requirements
- Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement (CDL)
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and friendly greeting as guests board the shuttle, creating a welcoming environment from the start.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of guests to and from the airport, enhancing their overall travel experience.
- Ensure hotel vehicles are always clean and presentable, reflecting the high standards of our resort.
- Regularly monitor fuel and oil levels to prevent service interruptions and ensure vehicles are ready for each trip.
- Transport associates to and from associate housing, ensuring safe and timely arrivals for their shifts.
- Run errands as needed to assist guests and ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Promptly respond to transportation requests and inquiries, providing guests with helpful information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Complete all required checklists during your shift, ensuring all transportation-related tasks are efficiently handled.
- Adhere to safe driving practices and traffic regulations to maintain the safety and security of passengers at all times.
- Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement (CDL) to operate hotel vehicles.
