About The Position

At LEGOLAND Florida Resort, every detail matters—and that’s where you come in! We’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team as Resort Operations Hosts – Presentation, helping us create a clean, safe, and visually awesome environment for our guests and Model Citizens. As a Resort Operations Host – Presentation, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our resort looking its best. From sparkling walkways to hazard-free paths, your work ensures every guest has an unforgettable experience from the moment they arrive. This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll work both independently and as part of a team in a fun, fast-paced outdoor environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50–75 lbs, comfortable working with approved cleaning chemicals, and confident operating equipment such as pressure washers and backpack blowers. They will also be available to work an early schedule of 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, including weekends and holidays, to support resort operations.

Requirements

• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 50–75 lbs
• Comfortable working with approved cleaning chemicals
• Confident operating equipment such as pressure washers and backpack blowers
• Available to work an early schedule of 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to walk long distances (up to 8–10 miles per shift)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain all resort walkways to the highest standard through pressure washing and blow packing
• Keep pathways clean, clear, and safe for guests at all times
• Remove dirt, debris, and organic buildup to preserve visual appeal
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Identify high-traffic areas and prioritize cleaning based on guest impact
• Perform both scheduled deep cleans and reactive cleaning throughout the day
