Responsibilities

Direct all daily resort operations, ensuring seamless coordination between housekeeping, front office, and maintenance departments.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction scores and drive repeat business.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to cultivate a high-performing team culture aligned with organizational values.
Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the property.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes to maintain quality and cost-efficiency.
Resolve complex guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align operational capabilities with promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
