About The Position

Beautiful Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake is looking for multiple detail-oriented team members to join our Resort Maintenance team. This job requires basic working and troubleshooting knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and minor electrical work. We offer great resort benefits and flexible scheduling! The scope of day-to-day responsibilities includes completing assigned Resort maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with fellow team members in troubleshooting and resolution of Resort infrastructure-related deficiencies, supporting on-site property projects as delegated, operating various forms of ground equipment, such as forklifts and tractor/loaders, adapting quickly to resort infrastructure priority shifts, and responding to guest-related requests. Requirements

Ability to complete tasks in timely manner
Willing to learn different aspects of general resort maintenance
Customer services skills when helping guests
Must be at least 18+ years of ago or older with a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Some former maintenance background a plus but not necessarily required
