This full-time, year-round position involves assisting in all aspects of the housekeeping department, including cleaning rooms and villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning. The role ensures room cleanliness meets inspection standards, tracks the status of cleaned rooms, and completes necessary paperwork and checklists. The Inspector will identify room assignments and types of cleaning required, respond promptly to guest and inter-departmental requests, and follow procedures for entering guest rooms. Reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, completing safety training, and adhering to company policies regarding appearance, confidentiality, and asset protection are also key aspects. The role involves welcoming and assisting guests according to company standards, anticipating needs, and providing excellent service. Communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
